So quickly here is what's new:

New bar job is going well.  Starting to get more comfortable and relaxed.  It had been 8 years since I tended bar and really wasn't sure if it would all come back but it is.  Slowly but surely. 

Old job is still the same.  Up at 3:15 a.m. three days a week.  It's cool .... so far have not had the two jobs conflict schedules.  That would suck .... not looking forward to the day where I close the bar at 2:00 a.m. and go to the night audit job at 4:30 a.m.  Ewwwww!

Mom has knee replacement surgery tomorrow.  Kind of worried but staying positive.  It's hard to watch your surviving parent go in for surgery when the other parent died in the hospital after surgery.  Knee surgery is a bit different than heart surgery but anytime you go under the knife ..... ????  Holding breath and staying positive.

Turned 49 on Tuesday.  Have been seriously sick with flu/cold so didn't enjoy it much.  Went out for Chinese and had a couple beers.  In bed at 7:00 p.m.  So much for 49 .....

Just wanted to touch base.  Hope all is well with everyone.
