Today would have been my father's 84th birthday.

I will be taking flowers out the cemetery in a bit.

Dad...I hope you know how much I miss you. I hope you know I carry you in my heart everyday. I'm doing my best to take care of  mom, but it can be hard at times. And I hope I'm not disappointing you in my efforts. I wish I could of been a better daughter for you, more successful, more grounded, more a lot of things. Just know I appreciate the unconditional love you gave. I so glad you and mom picked me to adopt. Thanks. Thanks for everything you ever taught me. Thanks for loving me.
