I don't know why but I really suck at job interviews. Today was brutal. Simple questions and me with no answers. I think I'm seriously lacking self-esteem right now. Questions & Answers.....this is not the way to get a job folks.

What are your strengths?
Um....**silence**.....Um......well, I like people. I always manage to get to work on time. Um.....that was seriously all I could come up with....MY BRAIN WENT DEAD!

Ok...how about your weaknesses?
Um....
You must have some weaknesses?
Um...sure...my weakness is not knowing what my weaknesses are.

Why did you not list a reference from a certain wireless company I worked for & why did you leave?
Well...ok..not going to lie. No one there like me and I was fired.

No one liked you?
NO. And that is as far as I would like to go with this.

Who did you work with? (please remember I live in a stupidly small freakin town)

Great. That sould be enlightening.

And at that point...any and all will to give a crap about this job disappeared. If you think the first part was bad it just got worse from there.

Needless to say...I won't be getting this position. And I don't deserve it either. Not with that interview.
