Mom will be home in three hours .... and I'm doing my best to take in the last hour here at home without her in it.  Does that sound bad?  I truly don't mean it to.  But its been nice .... let me tell you .....

Of course the highlight of her being gone was the visit from cllecr and her hubby.  It was just to cool to kick it and be able to completely and totally relax.  A lot has changed since she left and I informed her on the phone yesterday that I was not working ..... at the moment ..... and told her I would explain when she got home.  This all happened right before she left but since it was her "last visit" home I thought I would not give her my woes to worry about while there.  My mom has got to think I'm about the biggest flake alive ..... but of course she'd never say that.

Next weekend if all goes well ..... tattooedjen and intrepid28 will be here for a visit and I am really looking forward to that.  That will be two mindsayer visits this summer ..... awesome !  I talked with Jen on the phone today for the first time.  She just sounds wonderful and this meeting is a long time coming.  I always thought we'd make it to their side of the world before they came here ..... but that's what I get for thinking!  Once again, very excited.

Guess I should start getting ready to go ..... feed the animals, change my clothes ..... she wants to go out to eat .... so that means a late dinner ..... like 8:30 - 9:00 ...... look out tomatoes ..... I'm in need of a snack. 

My Saturday has been mellow ..... I hope yours has too ......
