I know .... I honestly can't believe I'm posting on this either.

Who or what killed Anna Nichole Smith? 

My thoughts are this:

I've always looked at Anna Nichole as a freak show.  To this day why she is in the spotlight aludes me completely. She was forced upon us constantly.  Be it tabloids, commercials, television, radio, Playboy .... she seemed to always be there. 

Flipping through the channels awhile back I came across her reality show. Normally I would just cruise right on by. But this time I stopped and gave this progam my attention. By the time it was over my thoughts about this woman were confirmed .... she is her very own freak show.


Yesterday when I heard that she had died there was a feeling of guilt running through my thoughts.  Those few minutes that I had given her reality show was a contributing factor to this womans destruction. Any attention anyone gave her contributed to her demise.  The media ..... forcing her life on us. Allowing us all to enable her addictions. She thrived on the attention .... what if that attention had not been there. If you and I had never heard of Anna Nichole or Vicky Whatever .... would she be alive today? If she had not been followed around like a rockstar, which by all means she was not, would she be alive today?

More than likely she had underlying issues all along. But the media frenzy around her all these years helped those issues become major.  Now there is a baby girl left behind.  And two men claiming to be the baby's father. What fate lies ahead for this little girl? She will be famous whether she wants it or not. She will be hounded, poked, prodded and watched her whole life. Especially if she does inheirit the millions that she could.

I haven't been able to watch any news without this being in the forefront.

I'm done with the Anna Nichole saga .... as well as we all should be. Let her RIP. Let this story end here. And I hope that the media powers that be will not force this child of her's into the public spotlight. Hopefully she will be able to live her life in peace.

Just want to remind the media out there ..... there is a war going on.  Someone's son or daughter, father, mother, fiance, lover, friend will die today.  A family's life will be changed forever. 

Pray for our troops today and everyday. Pray they will come home soon. That is what is important.
