Having fun with the garden pic's so bear with me...



Being a city girl (well ... been out of the city now for 28 years) I never knew how brussel sprouts grew. Now almost a half a century old I'm finding this pretty cool. This is the first year we have grown these little gems.



Hanging cucumbers .... they really like crawling on the wire. Like doing the cucumbers this way. Makes for much easier picking. And what a crop this year! Um... Um...Good!



It's pickle time! We didn't have to many pickles come on for some reason. But a few.  Love a good dill pickle!



My first pumpkin. Didn't get to big but that's ok. It's still a cutie! This is the only one that survived out of about five. We're not sure why.

I seriously can't believe that summer is almost over. This is the season I find hardest to let go of. I love being warm. I love the sun. I love all the fresh fruit and vegetables that come with summer. I love the green lawns and fields. I love the rivers & the cool water. I love summer. I will enjoy what's left - soak it in. I will sincerely miss summer.
